Houghto Phos 6100

Houghto Phos 6100 is a low temperature manganese phosphating process designed specifically for the Oil and Gas Industry. The manganese phosphate coating produced by Houghto Phos 6100 will greatly reduce the friction during break-in and improve the wear resistance of sliding parts. It is used to increase the atmospheric corrosion resistance and prevent galling of threads for carbon and alloy steels.

SS-ZINC PHOSPHATE NF

A “low-temp” nickel free zinc phosphate compound formulated to produce a crystalline, heavy phosphate conversion coating on iron and steel which is highly resistant to corrosion in immersion processes. Coatings produced serve as an excellent base for subsequent treatment with soluble oil, water displacing oils, wax, paint and sacrificial break in applications. Operational temperatures as low as 155°F creating low sludging in stainless steel immersion systems.
