PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE: Why Your Eva-Dry Power Supply Adapter “may” become Hot

All AC adapters generate auxiliary heat and can sometimes on occasion become very warm. All Eva-Dry power supplies (see photo inset) are CE and UL listed to meet all government rules and regulations. Eva-Dry Peltier Dehumidifiers use external alternating current (AC) adapters that convert high-voltage alternating current electricity into lower-voltage, more stable direct current. Adapters of this type have the potential to become extremely warm to the touch.

Please Use Caution When Directly Handling Your Eva-Dry AC Adapter and Make Certain It Is NOT Covered by a Blanket, Rug, etc…

EDH-1 Hygrometer Plug

The Eva-Dry EDH-1 Hygrometer Plug is designed to work with your dehumidifier or humidifier to monitor the relative humidity (RH) of your room, control the power to the unit, and maintain the desired RH level.

To use, simply plug the EDH-1 into your wall outlet, then plug your dehumidifier or humidifier into the outlet on the front of the EDH-1. Using the controls, set the desired RH level between 30%-90% and the mode to humidify or dehumidify. The EDH-1 will turn the unit on or off to maintain your desired RH level.

The EDH-1 is the perfect enhancement to Eva-Dry’s EDV-1100, EDV-2200, and EDV-2500 to customize your comfort experience.

EDV-12V Power Cord

The Eva-Dry 1100, 1200, 2200, 2400 & 2500 models are equipped with a standard 110V power supply when purchased. These dehumidifiers can also operate with a standard 12V cigarette lighter power cord. Many Eva-Dry customers/users operate the dehumidifiers in applications while camping, in the RV and on the boat where standard 110 current is not available.
